Starting Point
Hawkeye Hunting Club’s website had an overwhelming number of pages, many of which contained little information or were unnecessary. Some pages lacked depth, while others could be consolidated for a more streamlined experience. Our goal was to simplify the structure, ensuring each page was informative, engaging, and essential.
Pain Points
– Overwhelming Page Count: The website had too many pages with minimal content, making it hard for visitors to find relevant information quickly.
– Lack of Depth: Many pages offered little detail, leaving potential guests unclear about what the club had to offer.
– Ineffective Visual Representation: Despite having excellent photos and videos, these assets weren’t fully utilized to immerse visitors in the Hawkeye Hunting Club experience.
– Outdated Contact Forms: The contact forms were basic and didn’t capture detailed information, which limited the club’s ability to understand visitor needs and provide tailored responses.
– Disconnected Communication: The existing contact forms lacked the depth to gather specific details such as planned activities, preferred lodges, and dates, making it harder to engage potential clients effectively.
Desired Outcome
Hawkeye Hunting Club wanted a modern, streamlined website that showcased their upland bird hunting legacy and immersive experience, with simplified navigation and fewer, more informative pages. They also desired enhanced contact forms to capture detailed visitor information, enabling more personalized communication. Additionally, they wanted the ability to manage the website themselves, making it easy to update content, showcase new activities, and keep the site fresh without relying on outside support.
